I find if you just start a sentence or a paragraph or something... even if you leave it, it's a point to go and pick up where you left off, and makes it a little bit easier to go back and complete. I have the same problem... either I'm a bit lazy, I can't concentrate for too long, have motivational hangups or evil distractions or something, and my head's full of ideas that never get off the ground because I don't start them... -_-
